Methods of processing

The data collected through this website are processed mainly in electronic format, in any case the Data Controller prepared for their processing suitable security measures as required by current legislation.

The data collected for the purposes referred to in point e) will be retained to the extent that the tax legislation requires its storage. Personal data collected for the purposes referred to in points f) , g), h) will be processed until the user decides to exercise his right to withdraw the consent provided or to oppose the processing.

Rights of the interested party

The interested party has the right to exercise the rights referred to in art. 7, 15-22 of Reg. European 679/2016.

The data subject has the right to obtain from the Data Controller the confirmation of the existence or not of his personal data and their provision in an intelligible form; he has the right to request access to personal data concerning him, receive the personal data provided to the Data Controller and transmit them to another Data Controller without hindrance (c.d. portability); obtain the update, limitation of the processing, the rectification of data and the cancellation of those processed in breach of current legislation. You also have the right to lodge a complaint with the Data Protection Supervisor as the supervisory authority for the protection of personal data.
